Sarah Bird has three decades of experience in the area of stress management, peak performance and personal effectiveness, for both the private and corporate sectors.
Working both in Ireland and on the international front, she includes corporate organisations, leading sportsmen and women, charities and NGO’s among her many satisfied clients.

Sarah has founded the Sarah Bird Foundation, to support her work with people, to transform the pain and trauma resulting from conflict and natural disasters.

A highly experienced and accomplished consultant, she provides exceptional guidance to companies or individuals who are looking to maximise performance in any of the following areas:

  • Decisive decision making
  • Personal effectiveness
  • Intuitive cognizance
  • Building resilience
  • Managing stress
  • Changing limiting beliefs that hold you back

Sarah uses a number of simple, easily learned techniques which put you completely in control of your life and your happiness, whether in your professional, personal or sporting life.
Combining her extensive knowledge and training in neuroscience, the scientific understanding of how our mind operates, and her deeply honed intuition Sarah enables her clients to change their relationship with their experiences, release old patterns of behaviour and empower themselves to move their lives forward with renewed resilience and confidence.
You can literally change your life around, bringing balance and ease back into your life.

In recent years, Sarah has worked on a voluntary basis in some of the most difficult areas of the world, including Kosovo, post-earthquake Pakistan and with veterans and returning service personnel, in the US, UK and Ireland, suffering from combat induced trauma. This has led her to establishing the Sarah Bird Foundation, a Humanitarian organisation that works with the survivors of conflict and natural disasters.

Sarah is the Regional Coordinator in Ireland of the Association of Complementary Energy Psychology (ACEP), the worldwide organisation which regulates and promotes the practice of Energy Psychology. She is a Member of the Humanitarian Committee and was the first person in the world to be awarded and recognised by ACEP as a Certified Energy Health Practitioner (CEHP).

Sarah is a member of The Institute of Directors (Ireland), The Dublin Chamber of Commerce, The Association of Coaching Ireland.

In 2007, Sarah received the ACEP Humanitarian Award for her work in post-earthquake Pakistan.
