"I am a retired Special Forces, and Army Ranger Sniper soldier, who has seen combat in several locations around the world.
I have known for years that I looked at the world differently after coming back from combat. I did not know how to deal with the nightmares, flashbacks etc. Using Tapas Acupressure Technique, I have changed from being an emotionally cut off soldier, father and husband. I finally have my life back and can become the father, son and husband that I once was." Staff Sergeant Brain Davis

"You can train all you like but if you don´t deep down believe that you can win then you won´t.
I finally won the big international competition I had always dreamed of winning"
Colum Slevin (European Table Tennis Champion and Double Gold Medal winner 2007. Bronze Medal Winner World Championship 2008)

"Sarah has spoken at four CPA Ireland Events in 2010 and I would happily ask her to speak at many more! She is an excellent speaker and has proven to be exceptionally popular with the conference attendees. She provides excellent techniques for dealing with stress and provides the building blocks for making life changes."
Patricia O´Neill, Event Organiser, CPA Institute Ireland

"Sarah who helped me find the root causes around my fear of public speaking. I would highly recommend that anyone who is held back by a fear or limiting belief to allow Sarah to work with them. The benefits of working with her will be with me for the rest of my life."

"This was a wonderful day- experiential, inspirational, but yet kept its feet firmly on the ground"

"TAT helps with Clinical Depression. After three days of using TAT for an average of 20 to 30 minutes a day - usually 10/15 minutes in morning and evening and then for 2 to 5 minutes a couple of times during the day, I experienced a very significant change in a state of almost continuous clinical depression.  The first major improvement was in my sleep and next (within another 24 hours) was a state of calm energy and focus replacing the awful sense of depressed and stressful mental state and the exhausted physical and emotional state.  (Although I still feel depression and stress for an hour or so in the morning and evenings when I am very tired, 90% of the day is about feeling relaxed, energised, accepting and peaceful)  I wasn't eating for up to a week at a time.  I wasn't sleeping likewise for up to 5 to 7 nights at a time.  I was in no fit state to work for most of 2009 and was on sick leave certified by my G.P. for about two months in 2009 from February until April.  I felt an almost continuous sense of physical nausea from the depression and had often drank myself to sleep as my only means of rest.  Combined with a very stressful and deeply unpleasant job, I was really struggling badly and desperately needed to find an appropriate and effective therapy.

I had been diagnosed with 'endogenous' depression (i.e. clinical and not reactive depression) since the age of about 17, although I had experienced severe depression which went undiagnosed form the age of 12.  I am now almost 41 and was on a series of anti-depressants and occasional tranquilisers and sleeping tablets.  I had been hospitalised for depression and stress on 5 occasions from 1990 through 2006.  I had done several cognitive therapy courses, had learnt meditation techniques and stress management skills but, while understanding the principles, found it very difficult to apply with any real consistent results.

I found TAT very powerful, but in an easy to apply way.  I could apply TAT in several ways.  Through the 9 step method or the 3 step method (when time was short) or simply by assuming the TAT pose and simply doing nothing for a minute or two.  The crucial thing about how TAT has helped me is that the TAT pose creates a very calm and focused state simply by maintaining the TAT pose itself.    I can verify from my own experience that no understanding of how TAT works or any conviction that it will work is necessary to benefit from TAT.  (Although having read a lot of spirituality and quantum physics I did appreciate how TAT could work even though it seemed a too simple technique.)  Similarly using the TAT steps was straightforward and didn't involve any emotional or mental conflict in terms of believing the validity of the process the steps involve.  The process takes care of itself and the benefits happen without any conscious struggle to attain them.  All that is needed is a little bit of discipline to stick to 10 or 20 minutes a day.  (Since it is so restful and rewarding an experience anyway, it isn't difficult to keep practicing.)"

Mark, Dublin. June 2009

"When I read about EFT and TAT initially I was sceptical, in the past I tried hypnotherapy and NLP to conquer my fear of interviews - with no success. Then I met Sarah, whom I found to be very professional, calming and understanding at all times. Sarah taught me how to use EFT and TAT, and these techniques have helped me greatly to get through emotional and difficult times, both at work and at home. Recently I went for an interview for a very senior job and I was successful, EFT and TAT were an integral part of that success. I see EFT and TAT as the tools for enabling me to make the most of myself."
Caroline, Cork

"I went to see Sarah for just two sessions and found the methods she used to help people are extremely effective. The results were immediately felt and seen by me."

"By teaching me the TAT technique, Sarah has given me the key to overcome any emotional problems that occur in my life; from fear of flying to family conflict and even weight issues, I can now tackle my problems and eliminate them quickly, before they have time to fester. My life is all the lighter and happier for it."

"Well, it will come as no surprise to you that I did my presentation today like a seasoned professional. All day yesterday, I kept checking the pit of my stomach - no panic. I was swanning around saying things like 'Yes I´m ready, looking forward to it'. At one point, I considered the possibility that you had transplanted an alien being into my body at the weekend"
Hearne. Dublin

"Sarah quite simply changed my life. I was trapped by the panic attacks I was experiencing. Not able to socialise or travel, resulting in me not able to work and having extreme difficulty leaving the house. I could not even use the bus! I am now panic-free, happy and calm and am even back at college!"
Michelle Hanlon, Dublin

"I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough for her professionalism, her warmth and for the effectiveness and simplicity of the techniques she uses."
Emma Fleetwood, Dublin

"I finally have been able to sleep at night without waking up in combat. I can still recall the memories, just without all the guilt, shame and fear. Staff Sergeant Brian Davis, Former Army Special Forces Sniper. USA.

"I thought I would never be able to set foot on another aeroplane ever again, but since my sessions with you, I have never felt better about flying . In fact, I am actually looking forward to my next flight which will be to New York . I no longer feel that panic or fear which gripped me in the past . So thank you so much for giving me my life back !! I feel like a new woman, ready to take on the world, and ready for every journey in my future"
